The Garden Room is a No Smoking bed and breakfast
Arrival and Departure times:
We request you check in between 4pm and 6pm please. Arrival at any other time must be arranged in advance. If you are delayed we would be grateful if you could let us know. Departure time is by 10am on the day of departure.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of £20 per night is payable on booking. The deposit must be received within 7 days of booking. If a deposit is not received, this will be treated as a cancellation. All reservations will be confirmed by email or post. If you need to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, we regret that we will be unable to refund your deposit. If this is of concern, we advise you to take out holiday insurance. In the event that we need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, your payments would be returned in full, but no additional compensation for loss of accommodation would be due.
Payment Methods:
The Balance is to be paid on arrival. We are able to process credit and debit cards for deposit payments via Paypal, please see our rates page for the link. Balance payments must be made in cash or by cheque accompanied by a Cheque Guarantee card. Please make cheques payable to 'A Barden'.
Pets:
There is an additional charge for each animal, please check the Rates page. We are happy to accommodate pets but please be aware we have 2 dogs and 8 chickens of our own. Owners are responsible for any damage to property and for cleaning up after their own animal and disposing of it in the correct way. Animals must never be left unattended.
